Members of the Investment Team are: L. Keith Mullins Managing Principal. L. Keith Mullins has over 20 years of experience in the investment business and is the Founder of Greenwoods Capital. Mr. Mullins previously headed the European Investment Bank Technology Group at Schroeder Salomon Smith Barney.  Prior to joining the European Investment Bank, Mr. Mullins directed the Emerging Growth Stock Group at Salomon Smith Barney in New York.  From 1985-1991, Mr. Mullins held a similar position at Morgan Stanley & Co., Inc. He was voted to the Institutional Investor All-America Research Team from 1988 through 2000 first or second team.  Mr. Mullins began his career at Dean Witter & Company as an Emerging Research Analyst 1984. Mr. Mullins holds a BA in Philosophy and an MBA from the College of William and Mary. In addition, he studied for two years at the University of St Andrews in Scotland as a James Blair Fellow. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Justin Vagliano Principal. Justin Vagliano joined Greenwoods Capital in early 2008 after spending 10 years working on and with new business creations of all shapes and sizes. He has started four companies himself, sold three, and has consulted for start-ups and corporations in industries ranging from nanotechnology and aerospace service to supermarkets.  Justin currently oversees the firm’s investments in Champion Broadband, Escapia, Specialists on Call, and 3D Machining.  Justin holds a BA in Physics from the University of Vermont and an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Technology Management from Babson College, where he founded the Babson Biotech Network and twice received the F.W.
